Victorian Steampunk Outfit

Alright! Steampunk woot! I didnt even know such a fashion/idea existed! I was looking up punk on deviant art and then... what's 'steampunk?' So thus I began my huge internet browsing to get a better feel of it. So now, im entirely intregued.

and i really, really wanted to draw goggles. i didnt really care about the rest of the outfit, i just wanted goggles. But then i found this really awesome website and what can i say, really awesome clothes! So I suppose i ventured into what I'd call a higher end of steampunk. Correct me if I'm wrong. This is a bit nicer, classier outfit then some of the other (cooler) outfits out there that distinguish more of a working class? I'm not really sure, but im so interested!

So as for my comments on this one, yes, i am aware she does not have a face. I tried to draw her a face, i really tried... but for some reason it just didnt look right. it ruined my gorgeous picture!!! so... no face!! perhaps a little strange at first... but trust me, it looks better. if people have that much of a problem.. i can try again. ( but its not like anyone views my art anyway.... but may-beh! *optomism!*)

And i think i figured out alot on this one, working with opacity and stuff, making it look more water-colorish. Progress!!! *another attack of optomism* But i
still can't color hair... -.- *optomism floats away*

ps. the rest of her hair is tied up in a bun. i couldnt make her head transparent in order to see the bun. sorry. heads are important, you know? (actually... that would be a verrryyyy strange picture... *pauses in thought*)
